Many personality websites are trash in my opinion. If you are serious about learning personality typing, read on.
Note: If I endorse something on a website, it does not mean I recommend everything.

Understanding Cognitive Functions

If you’re completely new to MBTI, you should know that cognitive functions is a more “scientific” way of analyzing personality type. This will help you to learn the roots of personality typing as we know of it today.
Accurate Personality Type Profiles/Descriptions
http://personalityjunkie.com/more-type-profiles/
This is a good website for type descriptions because it doesn’t rely on solely personality stereotypes. It uses cognitive functions as the basis of explaining why personality types act the way they do.
Understanding the Inferior Function
Extraverted Sensing (INTJ/INFJ) Introverted Sensing (ENTP/ENFP)
Extraverted Intuition (ISTJ/ISFJ) Introverted Intuition (ESTP/ESFP)
Extraverted Thinking (ISFP/INFP) Introverted Thinking (ESFJ/ENFJ)
Extraverted Feeling (ISFP/INTP) Introverted Feeling (ESTJ/ENTJ)
The inferior (4th) function of each type will tell you the weaknesses that are often unconscious within that type. Once you have rounded down to two possible personality types, or you have figured out the type already, you can check the 4th (inferior) function associated with that type, and see if you notice those weaknesses within the person of interest.
MBTI in relationship to Sexual Preferences
http://www.projectevolove.com/education/1/dating-instincts#.V4jFxZMrLVo
This site has very good information on the three types of “sexual instincts”. Each person is inclined towards a certain sexual taste and this influences who they are more likely to have a better relationship with and even what kinds of jobs they will enjoy.
Global 5/SLOAN Type Descriptions
http://similarminds.com/sloan.html
This site has multiple descriptions of MBTI types with the added twist of confident/turbulent spectrum, which isn’t recorded in traditional MBTI tests. It’s another way to get a new perspective on what each type is like, but with even more detail on how the confident/turbulent aspect changes a personality type.
MBTI Brutally Honest Profiles
https://zombiesruineverything.com/2014/04/28/mbti-the-brutally-honest-profiles/
I thought this page was personally hilarious as it isn’t filled with the “feel-good” content that most MBTI enthusiasts seem to like. These descriptions get down and dirty, although admittedly harsh in it’s criticism.
